M&C Saatchi: Thomy is looking for the summer star

Thomy selected M&C Saatchi Geneva in an agency pitch last fall to launch a series of new products. The agency drew on Thomy's proven communications world and found a platform for launching new products for this year's barbecue season, the "Thomy sucht den Sommer Star" series. Based on the world of well-known TV shows, M&C Saatchi worked with production company Markenfilm to create two new TV spots for the product innovations "100 % natural sauces" and mustards with Swiss Alpine herbs, chili and apricot. "Thomy sucht den Sommer Star" is also visible at POS and can be experienced by consumers through an online voting competition. Numerous other means such as Coop carrier bags, events, sponsoring and website are used.
