Wemakeit.ch expands to Germany

The Swiss crowdfunding platform Wemakeit.ch is expanding into Germany and entering into a partnership with the Kurzfilmtage Winterthur.

Wemakeit was founded one year ago (Werbewoche.ch reported) and is now expanding its activities to Germany, according to a statement. The platform opened on Monday a Germany Channel with the first six projects from Berlin and Munich. The first is Germany's largest aquaponics project on the Holzmarkt site in Berlin, as well as five projects from the fields of art, music, photography and literature.

Partnership with the Short Film Festival Winterthur

Wemakeit.ch is pleased to partner with the Short Film Festival Winterthur. From April 1 to June 30, 2013, the Short Film Festival Winterthur will operate a channel for short films on Wemakeit.ch. After the deadline, the Short Film Festival will select one to three successful project campaigns for further screenings in Switzerland and/or abroad. The projects must comply with the regulations of the Short Film Festival Winterthur and must not exceed 25 minutes in length and must not be commissioned films. More info on Blog.wemakeit.ch.
