SDV Award 2013: The competition for the trophies is launched

Around 200 successful dialog marketing campaigns were submitted to this year's Swiss Dialog Marketing Award (SDV Award). As an individual category, "Integrated Dialog Campaigns" recorded the most entries with 28.

This category shows the great importance of networking the various dialog marketing channels, according to an SDV release. In second place is the newly created category "Customer Loyalty" with 23 entries. The Mailing B2C (2D) category, in third place with 19 entries, makes it clear that dialog marketing by mail to consumers is an essential channel. The new categories have been well received and enjoy many submissions.

The rankings by summarized categories also paint a clear picture: the categories with "classic" addressed mailings are clearly at the top with 54 submissions. The digital categories follow in second place with 36 submissions, and in third place is the "integrated dialog campaigns" category.

"We are very pleased with the distribution and number of submissions," says Christian Huldi, chairman of the jury. "The sharpened categories have allowed agencies to submit more specifically. We look forward to seeing the results of the judging."

On Monday, March 4, 2013, all submitted works will be presented in a public exhibition from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Folium (formerly Papiersaal) Sihlcity in Zurich. All other award winners will be selected by a 20-member jury. The winners will be able to climb the winners' staircase at the Award Night at the Kongresshaus Zurich on June 14, 2013.
