Match Communications: Policy supplement with added value for Helsana

Match Communications has been commissioned with a new concept of policy inserts for the brands Helsana, Progrès, Sansan and Avanex. The aim of the new policy inserts is to attract greater attention and reinforce brand values and loyalty.

 In several development steps, 8-page wrap-around flyers were created. In addition to reader-friendly text islands with magazine character, a goodie was created in the form of a timeless birthday calendar on the back, which is intended to save the insert from being hastily thrown into the wastepaper basket. The inserts were to be made simpler, easier to understand and more emotional for a broad section of the population. In addition, the production costs for the high print run of 940,000 copies were to be kept within reasonable limits.

The policy was sent to almost 1.9 million insured persons in October 2011 as part of the statutory policy delivery process.
