JvM/Limmat: Campaign realized for Helsana

This year's campaign also focuses on Helsana's role as a multifaceted problem solver. In addition to a TV spot and offer-specific advertisements, the health insurer is also increasingly relying on digital channels.

While the ads focus on various Helsana services and show the general added value of a Helsana customer, the TV spot focuses on individual customer advice, Jung von Matt/Limmat writes in a statement. The online measures are aimed at direct dialog with potential new customers.

According to the agency, a good example of this is the online campaign "Give away healthy prizes", which was implemented for the purpose of establishing initial contacts. Unlike conventional permission marketing, the campaign not only offers the prospect of attractive prizes, but also ensures a relaxed exchange with potential new customers: On the website Healthyprices.ch there are six healthy prizes to choose from, which you can give away symbolically to your acquaintances via e-mail or Facebook. If the recipient accepts the gift, they will both be entered into a draw to win the selected prize. But even if you don't win the trip to the New York Marathon or the personal trainer for six months, one thing remains certain: with Helsana, you have one less thing to worry about.

The 2011 campaign will be flanked, among other things, by a high-impact sales campaign, as well as the online campaign "A Year Carefree," where you can win a butler for a year.
