Face wins new customers for Helsana

Since April, Helsana has been relying on the ideas of the Face agency in the area of sponsoring and addressing new customers. Specific measures were developed for a wide range of target groups.

Helsana clowns are present at 40 performances of the National Circus Knie and distribute competition tickets. All contest participants can pick up a water glacé or popcorn for the performance on site using a voucher. Next year, the grand prize winner will be able to spend a weekend with his or her family in a circus wagon and experience circus life up close. The response rate to the promotion was over 40 percent, according to the agency's statement.

Helsana is also present at the Greifenseelauf and the Lausanne Marathon and takes care of participants and spectators. In addition to giveaways, competition tickets are distributed, with the main winners winning a wellness voucher, a running and fitness week from Ryffel Running or running equipment. Each participant will also receive an instant prize of refreshments from Helsana.
