Rivellution in the cinema: 3D cinema spot

Rothrist-based beverage company Rivella has commissioned its media agency OMD Switzerland and production house Skycube.tv to rework the existing "long-live-and-different" Cédric spot (Erdmannpeisker) for 3D cinema. The 3D conversion pursues the goal of increasing attention in order to promote brand awareness and purchase impulses.

The timing is very deliberate, as Patrick Marty, Group Product Manager Soft Drinks, Rivella confirms: "We planned the 3D conversion to coincide with the theatrical release of Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides in 3D, in order to offer our target audience a special pre-show experience." Skycube is the production house of 3D Impact Media, based in Montevideo, New York and Zurich. The company is a leader in the production of 3D content for cinema, television and out-of-home media, according to the release.
