The new SBB website has been online since today, Wednesday. The integration of 25 platforms has resulted in a new mobility and travel portal that is designed to consistently focus on all customer needs relating to the travel chain.

The Unic agency developed the technical concept, the information architecture and the design for the new website. At the beginning of the conception, around 150 existing, individual websites and applications were analyzed with regard to offers, content and target groups. From this, Unic integrated 25 platforms into a new mobility and travel portal. In addition to travelers of all ages, people without a need to travel should also be optimally served - from station shoppers to advertisers to public institutions.
