SPRI, Prime and Wirz become partner members of Perikom

The Perikom association announced its first partner members at the Swiss Internal Communications Conference. These include the SPRI and the agencies Prime and Wirz Corporate.

The conference entitled "Successful employee motivation - how does it work?" on May 5 was attended by 120 experts from the fields of human resources management and communication, according to a press release issued on Thursday. In addition to keynote speakers Isabelle Welton, CEO of IBM Switzerland, and Josef Zibung, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Star Group, five experts presented practical cases from Swiss companies in breakout sessions. Matthias Mölleney, President of Perikom, the specialist association for personnel management and internal communication founded in February, took the opportunity to announce the new partner members. - Swiss Public Relations Institute SPRI
- Prime communications agency
- Communications agency Wirz Corporate
- Consulting for organizational development Enzaim

The association is open to other organizations from the fields of human resources management and internal communication, as the press release explains further. Perikom partner members undertake to organize an event open to the public at least once a year or to publish a study on the interface between human resources management and internal communication.

The first Perikom Good Practice event will take place on June 22, 2011 at the Swiss Public Relations Institute SPRI. The next Swiss Internal Communications Conference is planned for May 10, 2012.
