Contexta: Swisscom customer center staged on film
Swisscom's online customer center supports customers in maintaining their data. To draw attention to this, Contexta is launching a new campaign around the customer center.
At Swisscom.ch/customer-center Swisscom customers are welcomed by five elaborately produced use case films that dramatize its simplicity. According to the agency's statement, Swisscom customers should find themselves in the stories and experience in a practical way how easily they can process data related to their Swisscom products themselves.
The online campaign is accompanied by various internal training and external print measures.
