Three months after the "fraternization" with Jung von Matt in Hamburg, the agency is now called Jung von Matt/Limmat, and there are also changes in the management team: Alexander Jaggy joined Dominique von Matt, agency co-founder, Daniel Meier, CD, and Carlos Friedrich, head of the consulting unit, from Springer & Jacoby International in London on April 2. Jaggy, who also worked at Jung von Matt in Hamburg, will take over the creative management of Jung von Matt/Limmat together with Meier. The agency has also increased its workforce to a total of 53 employees, including a four-person PR unit headed by René Loner and an interactive unit with three employees. Thanks to growth in existing mandates, new additions and an expanded range of consulting services over the past one and a half years, Jung von Matt/Limmat was able to increase its turnover from CHF 6.3 million (1999 financial year) to CHF 8.5 million (2000). In the course of the summer, the agency will also be moving into a new domicile. The premises are located in the immediate vicinity of the Zurich Schauspielhaus, at Wolfbachstrasse 19 (af).
