Wirz Partner Holding expands its circle of owners once again
Wirz Partner Holding is once again expanding its circle of owners. Senior employees Elisabeth Dennler and Viviane Egli (Frontpage), Martin Fankhauser (Wirz Identity), Ursula Stalder (Wirz Interactive) and Hannes Steinmann (Publitest) have acquired shares in the Wirz Group. This brings the number of co-owners in the Wirz Group to 21. "We have a great tradition of involving as many employees as possible in the capital," says Jost Wirz.
For around three years now, the participation model has also been applied at the parent company level. According to Jost Wirz, there are psychological and material reasons for allowing senior employees of the entire Group to participate as co-entrepreneurs in the profits and the increase in value that they help to achieve.
The investment requires a position in the management of a Group company and some financial strength: the purchase of the minimum package amounts to almost CHF 100,000. The average annual increase in value of the shares over the past five years has been around ten percent (ew).
