Farmy co-founder Roman Hartmann as a guest on the Off The Record podcast
Roman Hartmann, co-founder of Farmy, explains in the m&k Werbewoche podcast Off The Record, what makes Farmy so unique, where he and his partner came up with the brilliant idea for an online farm store, and how demanding B-Corp certification is.
Farmyfounded in 2014 by Roman Hartmann and Tobias Schubert, offers over 14,500 hand-picked products from more than 1,200 authentic producers. In the metropolitan regions of Zurich and Lake Geneva, delivery is even free of charge and with its own e-mobile fleet.
During the pandemic, the young company grew by 170 percent. In May 2022, Farmy became the first Swiss company to receive B Corp certification. "B Corp" stands for "Benefit Corporations", i.e. companies that meet the highest standards in terms of sustainability.
