Jung von Matt is looking for the talents of tomorrow

Jung von Matt's "Future Creative Leaders" trainee program is going into a next round. For six months, young talents with a wide range of professional backgrounds can get to know the agency group in all its specialist areas.

According to the agency, the "Future Creative Leaders" program is a success story. Of ten trainees who have completed the program so far, six talents have been offered permanent positions and have thus been able to set foot in the creative industry.

2023 now continues - with innovations. "While the trainees were previously deployed at Jung von Matt Limmat, this year we have several Jung von Matt agencies on board. So young talents can not only conceptualize campaigns, but also co-develop web projects and innovation processes, build the start-ups of tomorrow or participate in social campaigns and help plan media playout," says Luitgard Hagl, Managing Creative Director and Agency Lead at Jung von Matt Limmat.

At the same time, the Future Creative Leaders work on common topics and thus also form a small team among themselves - something that has also proven successful in the past. "As a Future Creative Leaders team, we were lucky enough to enter the world of advertising together and to be able to exchange ideas on a regular basis - even on things that didn't make sense at first glance. Getting to know the different areas of the agency also helped me to find out what I like to do and what I'm good at," says Elif Soysal, Junior Copywriter at Jung von Matt Limmat. She is one of the alumni from the traineeship.

The program focuses on interdisciplinarity, a large portion of creativity and very concrete implementation. The specialization in an agency goes hand in hand with the supervision of joint projects, such as so-called Powerweeks, which make the entire agency smart on certain topics. "The trainees should experience what it's like to be involved in the daily business of an agency on the one hand, and at the same time be part of an ecosystem from which entirely unique topics emerge," adds Nina Bieli, Chief People & Culture Officer at Jung von Matt.

Interested parties can register now here apply. Both career changers and newcomers who are interested in the entire marketing, communications and consulting cosmos qualify for the program. This includes topics such as social media, coding, media buying and venture building. The next round of the program will start on May 2, 2023.
