Alexander Fischer strengthens Spitch

Voice response system provider Spitch has appointed Alexander Fischer as its new Customer Experience and Digitalization Director. In this newly created position, he is responsible for the DACH region.

Alexander Fischer's area of responsibility is cross-functional, from pre-sales to sales and implementation. This includes measures to increase customer satisfaction, advising major customers, expanding business into new markets and regions and adapting the product range to new trends and specific customer needs.

Fischer brings 23 years of experience in the customer service industry. Before joining Spitch, he was Director Enterprise at Verint Systems with responsibility for Europe. During this time, he served the entire mobile communications market in Germany with systems for voice recording, quality management and voice and text analysis. Further career stages took him to Nice Systems as Senior Business Consultant Europe and to Lufthansa GlobalTeleSales, now Lufthansa InTouch, as Head of Performance & Planning.
