Carol Vanhoutéghem joins the management team of Glaswerk Consulting
Glaswerk Consulting's long-time Senior Consultant Carol Vanhoutéghem has been promoted to the Executive Board. As COO, she is now responsible for day-to-day business and human resources.
Carol Vanhoutéghem started at Glaswerk Consulting in 2017 as a project manager. Her professional development led her to the position of Senior Consultant. Now she has been appointed the first COO of the 13-year-old company. As such, she will manage the day-to-day operations and lead the employees starting August 1, 2023. On the executive board, Vanhoutéghem supports CEO Tobias Gläser and CTO André Urech.
"I recognized Carol's talent and ambitions six years ago," Gläser looks back. "Today, I realize how enriching and relieving a Chief Operating Officer is for Glaswerk - and Carol is our ideal appointment." Before joining Glaswerk, Carol Vanhoutéghem worked in social media and PR at Möbel Pfister.
The Baden-based company Glaswerk Consulting advises and supports companies to develop in a market-oriented manner. Its clients include Swiss SMEs from the energy, IT, industry and B2B services sectors, for example EW Höfe, IBB Energie, Infosystem, BSW Security and MDD Management Digital Data.
