Myty Group fills two key positions
Effective immediately, Luisa Gier joins the agency group as Director People & Culture and Theresa Huber-Scheiff as Senior Communications Manager.
The Myty Group continues to expand the holding team: With Luisa Gier (r.) and Theresa Huber-Scheiff (l.), the agency network is strengthening the People & Culture and Communications departments to drive forward the convergence of the agencies within the group. Gier, 32, who has already spent five years as Senior People & Culture Manager at Strichpunkt Design and last year led the integration of all Myty agencies into a new HR personnel software, is to be responsible as Director People & Culture for defining and setting up processes and reporting structures for all cross-group People & Culture activities. She is also expected to be a driving force in the design and development of the employer brand.
Huber-Scheiff, 31, was most recently Communications Manager in Change and Integration at Swiss media company Ringier AG. The communications expert is to develop the strategic communications goals for Myty and work with the management team to establish meaningful processes to raise the Group's profile and make the brand a tangible experience both internally and externally.
