Job changes at Julius Baer: Marco Parroni becomes Chief Marketing Officer, Antje Hembd succeeds him as Head Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring.

Marco Parroni, currently Head Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring at Julius Baer, is appointed Chief Marketing Officer of the bank. In his new role, he will be responsible for the consistency and effectiveness of marketing activities across Julius Baer's different markets, working closely with the regional marketing teams with decentralized marketing functions. He will support them in aligning their activation strategies with Julius Baer's global brand positioning and corporate communications. Marco Parroni joined Julius Baer in 2013 and was instrumental in building the sponsorship portfolio. He initiated an ecosystem of global brand partnerships focused on innovation and progress.

Antje Hembd will succeed Marco Parroni as Head Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring. Since joining Julius Baer in 2016, Antje Hembd has been responsible for the successful development of several global sponsorship platforms, including Formula E and the Champions Chess Tour. In doing so, she has always maintained an intensive collaboration with all brand partners.
