New employees: Aroma expands digital competence

Ab sofort verstärken Damiano Casella als Consultant Digital & Live Experience sowie Oliver Hofer als Senior Digital Brand Manager das Creative Team der Zürcher Agentur Aroma. Damit soll die digitale Kompetenz des Unternehmens gestärkt werden.

"Damiano and Oli have many years of experience in implementing complex online and offline concepts, live events and digital transformation. We are pleased to further strengthen our service offering at Aroma Creative with them," says Roger Stämpfli, Executive Creative Director at Aroma.

Damiano Casella has managed a wide range of web projects at various digital agencies over the past 12 years. According to a media release, he is characterized by "a profound knowledge in the field of technical implementation". During his time at Hinderling Volkart/DEPT, he was also able to acquire a broad knowledge of conception and UX. On the side, Casella he is voluntarily responsible for the overall design and overall coordination of the Mitsommerfest Frauenfeld - a cultural festival that is attended by around 40,000 people every 3 years.

Oliver Hofer worked at admire in Bern, an agency for digital transformation. As a consulting manager, he "successfully managed internal and external (large-scale) projects". Before that, he was employed for several years as a communications and marketing manager on the client and agency side. Another big fixed star is his penchant for nightlife. As managing director of Le Club Gastro GmbH, he won the Swiss Nightlife Award. He also shared his knowledge as a lecturer at the "Feusi" training center.
