Experience design agency Standing Ovation restructures itself
Majority shareholder Etienne Ruppen becomes CEO of Standing Ovation, an experience design agency. Joining him on the newly formed management team are Claudia Gambini as COO, Laura Eberspächer as Head of Creation and co-owner Michael Dancsecs for Business Development.
Already with Standing Ovation for almost ten years and majority shareholder and chairman of the board since 2022, Etienne Ruppen now takes over as CEO. Founder Michael Dancsecs remains co-owner of the agency and member of the board of directors. Responsible for business development, he will continue to ensure "that the company continues to develop and grow," according to a statement.

In their management duties, the two owners Ruppen and Dancsecs are supported by a total of twenty years of experience in creation and production. For: Claudia Gambini, who has been with the agency for more than fifteen years, is now taking over operational management as COO. "With her passion, with which she has already tackled the most diverse tasks at Standing Ovation, she will assume overall responsibility in management over the two areas of Creation & Production," the press release continues.
A member of the Standing Ovation team for five years and new to the management team, Laura Eberspächer takes over as Head of Creation, providing technical leadership for the Creation division. Eberspächer has already provided new impetus in the agency by helping to establish the process for holistic experience design "FOX. Focus On Xperience." process for holistic experience design. In addition to her management duties, she will continue to develop ideas for client projects as a senior concept developer.
