Migros Head of Human Resources Sarah Kreienbühl joins Kühne+Nagel

Migros manager Sarah Kreienbühl is moving to the logistics group Kühne+Nagel. There, she will become Head of Human Resources on April 1, 2023, succeeding Lothar Harings, who will retire in June 2023.

In the spirit of a forward-looking succession plan, Kühne+Nagel announced on Monday evening that it had succeeded in recruiting a highly qualified management personality to succeed the company. As a member of the executive board, she will be responsible for global human resources management and additionally for sustainability.

Kreienbühl will leave the general management of the cooperative federation at the end of 2022, the retail giant announced in its own communiqué. "I expressly thank her and very much regret her change," Migros CEO Fabrice Zumbrunnen was quoted as saying in the statement. Her successor will be announced in due course.

As head of the Migros HRM, Communications, and Community Involvement department, Kreienbühl is not only head of HR in a company with more than 100,000 employees. Among other things, she also oversees the Migros Culture Percentage, manages corporate communications, directs the Migros publishing house, and is responsible for the club schools. (SDA)
