Republic: Christof Moser resigns as editor-in-chief

After 1066 days as editor-in-chief of Republik, Christof Moser is stepping down at the end of January. He will be succeeded by Oliver Fuchs, who will take over as Editor-in-Chief on an interim basis.

Moser will accompany the transition process for a few more months and will provide advice on journalistic and media law issues and act as a sparring partner, the magazine wrote on Twitter on Monday morning.

Moser is open to further adventures after a breather, the report continues. After six years of building up the company, he is tired and feels it is time "to make room for new forces.

Following in his footsteps is Oliver Fuchs, who has been Moser's deputy for the past three years and will only take over as editor-in-chief ad interim.
