Robin Pickis and Ramin Yousofzai leave SRF

Ramin Yousofzai and Robin Pickis are part of the founding team of "Zwei am Morge. After around four years, the two presenters have now decided to go their own ways.

"I am leaving SRF and my team with two teary eyes. However, I am proud to have been able to help shape SRF's digital transformation. After four successful years, it is now time for me to continue to focus on acting and tackle my own projects in front of and behind the camera," Ramin Yousofzai was quoted as saying in an SRF statement.

"I was able to stand in front of and behind the camera, create a wide variety of ideas and implement them in the most entertaining and exciting way possible - all things I really enjoy doing. But for all the fun I had, I realized creating content for so many different vectors on social media virtually non-stop for many years takes a toll," Robin Pickis is quoted as saying. "My gut told me that on the one hand I needed some distance from a constant content output, but at the same time I wanted to tackle new things. It takes space for both, which I can now give myself."

Yousofzai and Pickis will appear on "Zwei am Morge" for the last time at the end of March 2022. According to SRF, it will also be the last season in this form. SRF was not yet able to provide any details about the future of the format.
