Five years after Ads&Figures was founded, co-founders Jean-Claude Zulauf and René Linder are leaving the agency. Both want a career change, according to a Ads&Figures communiqué. "After five intensive years in which we have grown from a small agency to one of the leading players in the market, I look back with pride on what we have achieved and at the same time look forward to a new professional adventure," Jean-Claude Zulauf is quoted as saying. René Linder emphasizes: "It is impressive what we have achieved together over the last few years and how much we have learned during this time. Now is also the ideal time for me to start new projects and to contribute my knowledge and experience.

Barbano takes over new Operations unit

In mid-2020, Ads&Figures decided to focus more strongly on omnichannel and to bring the two specialist teams of consulting and channel managers closer together. In the wake of the departure of Jean-Claude Zulauf and René Linder, the two teams will now be bundled into a new "Operations" unit. This is intended to focus Ads&Figures' services and consulting even more specifically on customer needs.

Ximena Barbano will take over the management of the new department with immediate effect. She has been with Ads&Figures since April 2020, was previously head of the Search Engine Advertising team. and joins the Executive Board as COO.
