Grischa Rubinick leaves The House

Change in the creative team at The House. After seven years as Executive Creative Director and Partner, Grischa Rubinick is leaving the agency in Zurich Seefeld by mutual agreement. Maria Brandi joins the agency as CCO from April 2022.

After the successful expansion of the creation, winning various pitches and major awards for the agency, the ADC member is leaving Holbeinstrasse 31 to take on new challenges. Exactly what these will look like is not yet clear, according to the statement. "First, a few drinks and some rest," it says. Rubinick has worked for clients such as Allianz, Axa, Bucherer, Ceylor, Cembra, John Baker, Migros, Piega, Skoda, Hotelplan, Suva, Swiss Life, Victorinox, WWZ, Zürcher Kantonalbank, Zürcher Tierschutz, Zurich and others.

"After successfully helping to build The House Agency, I have decided after careful consideration to take on a new professional challenge," Rubinick is quoted as saying in the statement. "I look back on extremely enriching years with a very competent and motivated team and thank them for the always very good cooperation."

Maria Brandi joins the management team

Maria Brandi joins The House as a new member of the Executive Board and Chief Creative Officer in April 2022. Brandi previously held senior positions as Creative Director, Digital Strategy Director, and Managing Director at New Impact, Future Connection, and most recently at her own agency, Rionero Design. In these roles, she was responsible for teams of up to 20 people and worked for Swiss Bankers, Swisscom, Atupri Health Insurance, City of Biel, Postfinance, Swiss Alpine Club, Health Promotion Switzerland, Mosterei Möhl and Glatz, among others. She has already received several "Best of Swiss Web" seals of approval and master nominations for her work.

Brandi stands for a holistic approach with strong digital creative expertise. Her working methodology is characterized by design thinking and collaborative creative development. She places a special focus on digital ethics, privacy by design and digital transformation processes.
