31-year-old Sabrina Pantic and 39-year-old Olivier Carré are the new dual heads of Webrepublic's SEA unit. The reason for the expansion of the management is the constantly growing, international customer portfolio of the agency as well as the rapidly changing market, as Webrepulic writes in a communiqué.

Both co-heads have been with the Zurich-based agency for seven years: German-Swiss Sabrina Pantic has already held the role of Head of SEA since 2019 and continues to be responsible for the five teams in the DACH region. "It was an exciting task to lead the unit alone for the last two years. But now I am even more excited about the new setup. The dual leadership will allow us to devote more resources to strategy, development and innovation and thus take our clients' projects further," Pantic is quoted as saying in the statement.

Olivier Carré, who comes from France, previously contributed his know-how as Team Lead of the French-speaking SEA team. As Co-Head, he now looks after the three teams that contribute their expertise to international campaigns. "The lineup allows us to further develop our international offering outside of the German-speaking markets," Carré said in the release.
