"The last 12 months have seen extensive growth, which is due to numerous new client additions - including Credit Suisse, Swisscom, Swiss Red Cross, Visilab, ZKB Frankly or Swiss Global Enterprise. It is gratifying that we were also able to invest accordingly in our creation," writes CEO Matthias Kiess in a statement.

On board since the beginning of September is the Norwegian Martin Winther, who strengthens the creative management team of TBWA\ as Creative Director. He brings more than 20 years of experience from agencies such as Leo Burnett, 180heartbeats and Jung von Matt in Poland. Most recently, the ADC member worked at Jung von Matt Limmat.

Another newcomer from the ADC ranks is Mathias Bart. He joined TBWA\'s McDonald's and Swisscom team as a senior copywriter in May. His previous stations included Rod Kommunikation, Havas and Publicis, where he was responsible for clients such as BAG, Credit Suisse and Sunrise.

Also in May, senior art director Tom Kees joined the team, having spent his last years at Publicis, Saatchi and Saatchi. Kees is a member of the Swiss Graphic Association SGV and has helped shape Postfinance's campaigns.

Calvin Kröhne already started as Digital Creative Director in April. The BoSA jury member was first responsible for digital at Wirz and later at Thjnk and will not only further develop digital creation, but will also serve the agency's broad client portfolio in an advisory capacity in matters of digital transformation & communication.

TBWA\ has gained additional creativity with the additions of Raphael Hemmi, Moritz Lüthi and Jan Krohn, who transferred from Serviceplan in November.
