Maik Wisler is the new host of "Energy My Morning

From mid-August, Maik Wisler will take over as host of "Energy Mein Morgen" and will accompany Central Switzerland live from the broadcast studio in Lucerne. The 39-year-old already worked alongside Roman Kilchsperger at Energy Zurich in 2004.

Shortly before the end of the summer holidays in the city and canton of Lucerne, Maik Wisler goes live on air for the first time. The Lucerne native and future morning show host is very much looking forward to the new challenge and the start of broadcasting: "I am highly motivated and convinced that Energy Lucerne will bring a lot of fresh air to Central Switzerland. And of course I'm extremely proud to be part of the launch of the new radio station, together with my morning show team, right from the start."

Maik Wisler discovered his passion for radio back in 2004 as an intern for Roman Kilchsperger at Energy Zurich. "I still remember how Maik annoyed me with his thousands of questions. He was already passionate about radio back then. In the meantime, he has gained his experience and is ready to be the best host Lucerne could wish for," says Kilchsperger. After an engagement at Radio Sunshine, the popular entertainer was most recently the figurehead of Radio Pilatus' morning show for 16 years.

Due to his past at Energy and with his connection and familiarity in Central Switzerland, Wisler was the absolute ideal candidate for the moderation of the morning show on Energy Lucerne. He will be heard live on Energy Lucerne as the morning show host of "Energy Mein Morgen" from 5 to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Energy Lucerne will go on air live from the city of Lucerne on Monday, August 16, 2021. Energy Lucerne's new home is in a prominent and central location - between the old town, the Löwencenter and the lake at Hofstrasse 2. The premises are already being renovated and the new radio studio will then be officially opened in the fall.
