SRF: Larissa Rhyn joins the TV Federal House editorial team

Larissa Rhyn is moving to SRF's Federal House TV editorial team in Bern at the beginning of September. The 28-year-old from Zurich has been the Federal Parliament editor of the NZZ since 2019, focusing on security policy, foreign policy and migration.

Larissa Rhyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a major in Political Science from the University of Zurich. She completed her master's degree in international affairs with a focus on security policy and peace and conflict studies at the Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement (IHEID) in Geneva in 2017. The Zurich native got her start in journalism at the Südostschweizwhere she worked as a freelance journalist for three years from spring 2012.

After professional detours - among others to the FDFA, where she worked for the Swiss Embassy in Madrid, or to the Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding in Geneva - Larissa Rhyn found her way back to journalism in 2018 with an internship at the "SRF Tagesschau". At the beginning of 2019, she then switched to a traineeship at the NZZ. For two years she has been responsible for the New Zurich Newspaper as editor of the Federal Parliament. In September 2021, she will return to SRF, where she will join the Federal Parliament TV editorial team in Bern.
