Malte Probst becomes new Chief Product Officer Fiction at Blue
New addition to Blue Entertainment: As of October 1, 2021, Dr. Malte Probst will assume the position of Chief Product Officer Fiction. He will thus be responsible for the fictional area of Swisscom Blue.
Malte Probst was most recently Senior Vice President at Sky Deutschland and was responsible for the entire Sky Film and Entertainment portfolio. With around 15 years at Sky, the economics graduate has extensive knowledge and experience in the TV business, as well as a strong focus on pay TV, digital media and strategies. He completed his academic career at the University of St.Gallen, among other places, where he successfully completed his doctorate.
At Blue Entertainment, Probst will be responsible for the Fiction division. In addition to the "pay-per-view" business, Blue's portfolio includes all linear and on-demand products and offerings for German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. He will also be responsible for all of Blue's free TV, radio and 3rd party offerings.

He succeeds Philippe Täschler, who will now concentrate more on his position as Chief Product Officer Blue Cinema.
