New Head of Digital and new project - CRK expands

As of July 01, 2020, CRK has a new Head of Digital in Christina Utz. The online marketing specialist expands the existing digital team and leads the strategic development of the agency in the digital area. In addition, CRK will take over the communication for a Swiss centennial building of ASTRA.

Christina Utz is the new Head of Digital at CRK. In addition to her international experience, the 32-year-old brings highly specialized know-how in online marketing to the agency. Just six years after graduating with a Master of Science in Business Management, Utz was named one of the 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Marketing & Advertising category. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, she led the U.S. advertising agency Zebra and has received numerous major awards in recent years. Among them is the Google Partners All-Stars Award, which she won four times in a row, as well as the Best of Swiss Web Award.

 

Communication for a Swiss project of the century

In order to keep the important north-south axis open during maintenance, the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO) is building a second Gotthard tunnel. In 2016, the Swiss electorate confirmed this project. Together with the Uri agency tinto and the Ticino engineering firm Comal SA, CRK is responsible for the overall communication of the project until 2029. The agencies prevailed in a multi-stage process for the nine-year project of the century. The first communicative highlight around the construction of the second tube are the two visitor centers. In the north and in the south of the tube, one information center each is being built at the Göschenen and Airolo stations. On the one hand, the centers are to provide information about the project, and on the other hand, they are to be integrated into the tourist offer of the region.
