Nicole Rütsche becomes new Head of Human Resources at NZZ Media Group
Nicole Rütsche, derzeit Head of Human Resources & Recruiting bei der Boston Consulting Group, übernimmt per August 2020 die Leitung des Bereichs Personal der NZZ-Mediengruppe und wird Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung.
In her new role, Nicole Rütsche is responsible for the HR Business Partner area, the Salary Center, HR Services, and HR and Organizational Development. She has been with the Boston Consulting Group in Zurich since 2011, where she took over the position of Head of Human Resources and Recruiting in 2017. Prior to that, she served as Head of Recruiting for the company.
From 2007 to 2011, Rütsche also worked in HR at Kelly Financial Resources. She studied economics at the University of Zurich with a focus on organizational development and HR.
Nicole Rütsche will take up her position at the beginning of August and report directly to the CEO.
