Head of Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland Romandie retires

Daniel Pillard, the Managing Director of Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland Romandie, is retiring at the end of April. Following the departure of the managing director, the company is reorganizing its management structure.

After 34 years with Ringier and Ringer Axel Springer Schweiz (Rasch), Pillard will retire at the normal retirement age of 65, Rasch said in a statement Thursday.

Pillard began his career at Ringier in 1983. Among other positions, he was a journalist and editor-in-chief at L'illustré and Dimanche.ch active.
The top management of Rasch Romandie will be reorganized following his departure. According to the announcement, a local management team will be formed in Lausanne as of May 1, reporting directly to CEO Alexander Theobald in the future. (SDA)
