Adello strengthens Technical Operations and Sales

AI company Adello is strengthening its Swiss operations to meet the ever-increasing demand for advanced technology and communications solutions.

Reinforce the Adello team: Andrea Schmid, Olena Roesch and Alejandro Gómez (f.l.t.r.)

 

Andrea Schmid joins Adello's Operations Department to support the fast growing demand for data-driven mobile advertising campaigns. After his studies in media and communication sciences at the IULM University of Milan, Schmid worked for various brands as an online marketing manager, where he built up a broad network and specific know-how. Schmid joins Adello from Renault Suisse.

Also new to Adello's Operations Department is Alejandro Gómez. He was originally educated in North Carolina / Sinaloa with a Bachelor Degree in International Commerce. In parallel to his work at Adello, Gómez is also completing his Master's degree at the University of Lucerne in Online Business and Marketing.

Schmid and Gómez support the Technical Ad Operations team in Switzerland and Malaysia in modeling and further developing automated learning processes along the advertising funnel (ad impression to click to landing page to session to conversion), where real-time feedback loops are used to optimize bidding strategies for the best possible results. This is intended to provide deeper insights into the conversion process, enabling more precise target group addressing and thus delivering better results.

In the new year, Olena Roesch has also taken up her position as Sales Manager at Adello. She originally comes from the School and Sports Department of the City of Zurich, where she worked under Filippo Leutenegger. Roesch studied business administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and graduated with a master's degree.
