Hansueli Siber is new Chairman of the Board at Geyst
Top change in the Board of Directors of the Geyst Agency: Hansueli Siber, former member of the General Management of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, succeeds Daniel Straumann and has been the new Chairman of the Board since May 1, 2019.
The 53-year-old son of a butcher family from the Zurich Unterland region completed an apprenticeship as a meat specialist, later studied economics and worked for various national and international trading and production companies. In his last position at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, Hansueli Siber was responsible for marketing for several years and was a member of the General Management.
According to the press release, Hansueli Siber is on fire for his new job: "It still exists: love at first sight! The consistent customer view, the passion for the craft, the high motivation and the drive for success of the creative studio appeal to me incredibly well. I'm very much looking forward to my mission as Chairman of the Board."
In Hansueli Siber, Geyst's Board of Directors and management have found the successor to Daniel Straumann. Straumann has initiated his orderly retirement as Chairman of the Board and will remain with the agency as a partner.
