Foundry brings in Walter Tagliaferri
At the beginning of the year, the agency Foundry strengthens its staff: With Walter Tagliaferri, an experienced marketing consultant and strategist comes on board.
The new Managing Director can already look back on a career spanning more than 20 years. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Alpha 245 (now Saatchi & Saatchi Zurich), an agency belonging to the Publicis Group. Prior to that, together with Frank Bodin, he led Havas Worldwide Zurich/Euro RSCG Zurich for over eight years as Client Service Director (accounts such as Credit Suisse, Coop and SBB) and held management positions at Weber, Hodel, Schmid and Wirz.
"I am pleased that with Walter we were able to gain someone who is also very familiar with the customer side," says Foundry founder Sacha Moser. As Head of Marketing Communications at Manor, for example, he was responsible for the rebranding of Switzerland's largest department store chain. "Walter is a personality who deals intensively with the new and changing needs of our client partners and quickly confronts complex tasks with inspiring solutions."
Overall, he has a very broad banking, retail and telco expertise. At Foundry, Walter Tagliaferri is primarily responsible for the growth of existing client partners as well as the development and cooperation with new ones at the Zurich location and also in Berlin. Together with the 28-strong team, this is intended to realize a further growth spurt for the agency, which was founded in 2015.
