Sir Mary continues to grow. The Zurich-based creative agency at Lochergut now employs a team of 28 people. The latest addition is Andi Portmann. In the past five years, the 43-year-old has worked as an independent CD with clients including Nestlé, Globalance Bank, Marché International and Beobachter. Before that, he was a partner at Wirz BBDO, where he was jointly responsible for creative management.

"What convinced me about Sir Mary is that they are a creative agency, digital agency, media agency and PR agency all in one. But there are no specialized units, just a single team that thinks and works together. This is where we live what many agencies strive to do: Everyone has fun doing everything - that was contagious and decisive for my acceptance."

After studying journalism and biology, he worked as a journalist for WOZ and Sonntagszeitung before deepening his expertise as a copywriter and concept developer at Scholz & Friends Berlin and Advico Y&R. Portmann is a member of ADC Switzerland, lectures at SAWI and has won numerous international awards during his career (for example, five Cannes Lions for Ikea "Private Showrooms Wanted", among others).

"Finding an experienced creative in Switzerland without a classical thinking barrier and the ability to see the big picture and think multidisciplinary is almost impossible," says co-owner and creative director Florian Beck happily.
