Information about Stamm's new role will be provided "in due course", the NZZ media group's corporate communications department confirmed on Tuesday in a report by Klein Report. Stamm had been deputy editor-in-chief and head of the newsroom at Neue Zürcher Zeitung since 2016. In addition to Stamm, there are two other deputy editors-in-chief, Colette Gradwohl and Daniel Wechlin. Wechlin will temporarily take on the role of Deputy Editor-in-Chief Online, according to a statement. Tobias Ochsenbein will head up the newsroom on an interim basis and Benno Mattli will strengthen the daily management until further notice. (SDA)
