"Zurich is becoming increasingly attractive for international companies as a stable and innovative location in the middle of Europe," says Prophet partner Benjamin Gilgen, who will be responsible for Prophet's Swiss office in the future, about the importance of the metropolis.

After the expansion of the team in Berlin last year and the opening of the second China office this year, the Swiss office is now also being further expanded. Growth Acceleration and Innovation Consulting are Prophet's main growth areas alongside Business Transformation. The classic disciplines of Brand and Experience are also growing at double-digit rates worldwide, according to the statement.

With Benjamin Gilgen, an expert in strategy and branding joins Prophet as a new partner and associate. He is responsible for the Swiss market and is part of Prophet's European management team. Benjamin Gilgen has been responsible for MetaDesign's growth in Switzerland and worldwide for the past seven years. Prior to that, he was active nationally and internationally as an entrepreneur and at Arthur D. Little as a management consultant. Benjamin Gilgen is Swiss and Norwegian.

John Riley, raised and educated in the USA, joins the Zurich team after Prophet stations in New York, Chicago and London. He focuses on brand and growth strategies in industries with complex value chains such as B2B and finance. He has worked with clients such as Swiss Re, MetLife, Zurich Financial, Philipps 66 and Brunswick Corporation.

The leadership team is completed by the Austrian Patrick Wurm, who is now based in the Zurich office after Prophet stations in London and Berlin. His specializations lie in the areas of growth strategies, brand development and customer experience. Among others, he has worked with clients such as UBS, eBay, Swarovski, Electrolux and MediaTek.
