Langer returns to the company's Burbank headquarters after seven years at the helm of Disney GSA to assume the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer for Disney/ABC Television.

Roger Crotti most recently held the role of CMO and Head of Theatrical at Disney, where he was responsible for all marketing activities and theatrical operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Swiss began his career at Disney in 1992 as Head of Marketing for Disney's cinema division in Switzerland, shortly after which he took over the post of Studios Managing Director. Under his leadership, Disney was able to establish itself as the cinema market leader in Switzerland for many years. In 2010, Crotti took over responsibility for all of Disney's business activities in Switzerland as General Manager Switzerland. In 2013, he finally moved from Zurich to Munich, initially to take on the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Disney in GSA, with responsibility for the cinema division added at the beginning of 2015. The succession plan for Crotti's previous positions will be announced in due course.
