Mirjana Blume and Patrick Eberle leave the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group

Mirjana Blume and Patrick Eberle have informed the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group that they will leave the Board at the Annual General Meeting on April 6, 2017. The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting to leave the two seats vacant for the time being.

Patrick Eberle has been a member of the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group since 2007. From his election until 2015, he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and provided valuable input thanks to his many years of experience in the media and finance sectors. After his long time on the Board of Directors, he wants to devote himself to new projects. Patrick Eberle: "The positive development of the recent past shows that the Goldbach Group is well positioned. I wish the dedicated team continued success".

Mirjana Blume was elected to the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group in 2015. She has contributed her valuable experience from the finance department of a multinational company and has been Chairwoman of the Audit Committee since her election. She leaves the Board of Directors by mutual agreement with Chairman Jens Alder. Mirjana Blume: "The experience from the media industry at Goldbach Group was very enriching for me. The company is in a strategically interesting phase, which made leading the Audit Committee extremely exciting. Strategically, however, I would like to focus in the future on board mandates in the ICT and energy industries, in addition to my CFO activities, due to my professional focus."

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group, Jens Alder, would like to thank Mirjana Blume and Patrick Eberle for their valuable services to the company. At its constituent meeting after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors will distribute the duties performed by the two departing directors among the remaining members. The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting not to fill the vacant seats for the time being.
