New business manager at Comprinta
Lorenz Cajochen has been the new Managing Director of the Comprinta printing center in Schwerzenbach ZH since February 1. With his experience and expertise from many years of management at Somedia Production, he is predestined to successfully lead Comprinta with its future-oriented business model.
At the beginning of February, Lorenz Cajochen took over from Peter Böckli, who had managed the fortunes of Comprinta with prudence and success in recent years. Lorenz Cajochen was Technical Director at Somedia Production for over 18 years and a member of the Executive Board in this role. He knows the operational processes and the requirements of modern industrial print production as well as the tasks involved in investment projects in the software and hardware sector.
"With his experience and expertise, Lorenz Cajochen is the ideal man for the position of Managing Director of our printing center," says Jürg Konrad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comprinta.
Somedia Production has held a stake in Comprinta since March 2016. The subsidiary of the south-eastern Swiss media company Somedia has been producing all of its print products at Comprinta since the end of last year.
What prompted Lorenz Cajochen to take over the management of Comprinta? "Comprinta stands for a successful business model with great potential for the future. That's why I'm excited to put my many years of experience and passion into print media production," says Lorenz Cajochen.
Comprinta continues to be ideally equipped to meet the challenges of the highly competitive printing market and offers itself as a jointly operated production partner for printing companies that remain independent.
