Jutta Schilke has held the position of Head Human Resources at the Ringier Group since the beginning of 2012. She joined the company in 2000 and has held various management positions in the Human Resources department, including Head Human Resources for Ringier Switzerland and Germany.

The transformation of the company and the media industry constantly presented new challenges to the Human Resources department. The countless programs that Jutta Schilke initiated and successfully implemented with her team fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation. Today, all companies in the Ringier Group benefit from this. The founding of the two joint venture companies Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG and Admeira has demanded a great deal of effort from Ringier Human Resources in the past 24 months and required professional support for all HR topics.

Marc Walder, CEO Ringier AG: "In recent years, Jutta Schilke has steadily and very successfully driven forward the strategic positioning of HR topics and projects as well as the digitization of HR processes. I can understand that with the given changes in the company and after this long time at Ringier, she now wants to take on a new challenge professionally. I would like to thank Jutta Schilke for the fact that she will continue to support the Group Executive Board in an advisory capacity over the coming months. I would also like to thank her for her many years of cooperation, her loyalty and her great commitment, and I wish her all the best for her future career.

A suitable successor is being sought. As of March 1, 2017, Human Resources will be led ad interim by Alexander Theobald, COO Ringier Switzerland.
