Karen Wilbrand becomes Project Manager DACH at Goldbach

Goldbach strengthens the DACH region: On January 3, 2017, Karen Wilbrand started the newly established position as Project Manager DACH.

As part of its strategic focus on the markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Goldbach Group has strengthened its focus on cross-DACH projects and created the position of Project Manager DACH. In this context, the newly appointed Project Manager Karen Wilbrand will further develop the Sales & Marketing division and thus strengthen the Group's role as an independent aggregator of advertising inventory in the DACH region.

In her role, Karen Wilbrand manages various projects in the area of DOOH, display, mobile and video and is responsible for DACH-wide implementation. She forms the interface between specialists from the individual units of Goldbach in the DACH region and the management of the Goldbach Group.

"Last year, Goldbach Media initiated the implementation of the first programmatic DOOH campaign in Switzerland. In this context, the enrichment of data also at group level is a prominent topic. The automation of data management in the area of digital place-based screens is an important step for optimized targeting and the opportunity to benefit maximally from the dovetailing of individual media - for example, through mobile extension. I am very much looking forward to driving this exciting development forward," says Wilbrand.

Karen Wilbrand brings many years of experience in the planning and realization of cross-media marketing and communication campaigns as well as international project management. After her apprenticeship at Grey Worldwide in Düsseldorf, she studied International Management bilingually while working. While working for the leading agency networks WPP, Publicis and IPG, she looked after national and international clients from various industries. Most recently, she was Managing Partner at Mediabrands and Electronic Director at Mindshare.
