Reto Joller most recently held the position of Head of Online at Swisscom. In this role, he had overall end-to-end responsibility for the website, online shop and digital platforms as part of Swisscom's multi- and cross-channel activities. In his professional career, he has been able to build up a wealth of experience in cross-channel and digital transformation, both on the client and agency side. In addition to his professional activities, he is a lecturer and speaker on digital transformation, omni-channel and e-marketing.
