Personnel reinforcement for Pilatus Railways: Sarka Risch takes over responsibility for the Europe/Switzerland market. Marco Thali is now responsible for Marketing Communications.
Sarka Risch has been working as Market Manager Europe/Switzerland at Pilatus Railways since November 1, 2016. She takes over the position from Christian Banzer, who retired in October. He will continue to work part-time. The eloquent 40-year-old tourism management graduate has extensive experience in the tourism and mountain railway industries. Most recently, she was responsible for the European markets at Jungfrau Railways Management for almost three and a half years.
Lucerne-born Marco Thali is the new Head of Marketing Communications at Pilatus Railways. He was most recently Head of Marketing Communications at Athleticum. "I am extremely pleased about this new role. It means I can not only climb Lucerne's local mountain in my free time, but also put my heart and soul into marketing it in my job," says Marco Thali.
