Franziska von Weissenfluh leaves Mediapulse

Franziska von Weissenfluh is stepping down as Chair of the Board of Directors of Mediapulse and as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Mediapulse Foundation at the AGM in April 2017. Her resignation is for personal reasons.

Franziska von Weissenfluh took over the Presidency of the Board of Directors of Mediapulse and that of the Board of Trustees of the Mediapulse Foundation on 01 October 2014 (Werbewoche.ch reported). She restructured the media research group with its then two subsidiaries (Mediapulse and Publicadata) into today's Mediapulse and is responsible for the reorganization of the management bodies. From June 2015 to the end of October 2015, Franziska von Weissenfluh also took over the operational management of Mediapulse on an interim basis and optimized internal processes during this time. During her tenure, she pushed ahead with important projects such as the conversion of radio research as of the beginning of 2018 (ExplorRadio) and the expansion of currency data for TV usage (ViTo) in a market-oriented manner. A year ago, she initialized the framework of a Swiss Media Data Hub, which Mediapulse is working on realizing together with Wemf.

Franziska von Weissenfluh will step down from her positions at Mediapulse on the occasion of the General Meeting of Mediapulse and the Foundation next April 2017. According to the announcement, the reasons for her resignation are personal considerations regarding the structure and weighting of her various other mandates.
