Thomas Engeli is the new ECD of Ammarkt
The creative returns to eastern Switzerland after two decades in Zurich.
Thomas Engeli learned dialog and digital from the best in the business. At Alex Schmid Direct and later at Publicis Dialog. He then played a key role in building up the digital department at Jung von Matt/Limmat and also managed it creatively. After five years as Executive Creative Director at the Y&R Group, the native of eastern Switzerland will now start at the beginning of October in St. Gallen at Ammarkt, where he will take over as Executive Creative Director. Engeli is a member of ADC Switzerland and has a lot of national and international experience as a juror, including Cannes and Eurobest.
"Creative solutions are those that make a difference for the customer in the market. How and on which channels this happens is ultimately irrelevant." This is how the creative describes his credo. This is exactly what he will be working towards in the management team with CEO Marcel Odermatt and Managing Director Nick Schoberth.
