1. what would you work for free?

For those who do not have a vote.

2. how has advertising changed since you started?

Advertising has not changed. Its mechanism is still the same. What has changed is society and the complexity of the channels - resulting in a different budget distribution.

3. what does not come to the office under any circumstances?

A cat - our dogs would have no fun.

4. if you had not become an advertiser - what then?

Psychologist, lawyer, architect, researcher, philosopher, painter, surgeon, musician . . . - stop, I'm all of these things in one.

5. is the opinion true that you can't grow old in agencies, or is that a prejudice?

You would have to define "old" for that. But we have made provisions for our older employees - the senior lift is being planned.

6 Does the classic agency model have a long-term future?

Every agency model is justified. For me, three important rules count more than models or the search for the right model. 1. respect: respect for those you work with. Respect for those you work for. And most importantly, respect for your own work. 2. mindfulness: what moves society? What moves the people around me and what moves me? 3. making decisions: I am a friend of decisions - without them, we are treading water.

7. do you think you deserve the salary you earn?

Yes.

8. a buzz word that gets on your nerves?

There are a few. Big data (yes, it's still around), storytelling and my favorite of all: "To go".

9. what inspired you to enter the advertising/communications industry?

The incredible and wonderful versatility of this profession. You can constantly develop yourself further and venture into unknown territory. That's great!

10. name a campaign that has recently caught your eye in a positive way - but did not originate with you.

The Fundraising campaign of the Spinas Civil Voices Lung League. A picture conveys what the disease feels like. Fantastic.

Which professional colleague would you take with you to a desert island?

Aysun Sentürk - she always has a cell phone with her 😉

12. why don't you conform to the usual clichés of an advertiser?

Because I am a woman.

13: Where do you see the biggest challenge for the advertising industry at the moment?

The decreasing willingness to make decisions. People want to keep all their options open. But this is not just a challenge for the advertising industry, but for our society in general.
