Audienzz will continue to manage Romandie Network's business activities and the company's site in Morges VD. Aldina Kasper, currently Managing Partner and CEO of Romandie Network, and Fabian Delmonico, previously Managing Partner and CFO/CTO of Romandie Network, will continue to be responsible for the local management. Ada Mircea, previously Head of Digital Marketing at Romandie Network, will take on the new role of Head of Omnichannel Engagement at Audienzz and, among other things, drive the expansion of the Adfact business unit founded in 2022 and build up the new "Search" and "Social" areas.
With an exclusive portfolio of around 30 websites, including lefigaro.fr, swisshabs.ch, zonebourse.com and journaldesfemmes.com, Romandie Network is one of the major digital marketers in French-speaking Switzerland.
For Audienzz, which already manages the national advertising sales of the ESH Médias online portals and laliberte.ch in French-speaking Switzerland, the merger with Romandie Network together with the takeover of the site in Morges is an important expansion step.
